CNC SERVICES
The modern industry is focused on efficiency, and production processes do not accept compromises, even when it comes to quality. Such a state could not be achieved without modern and technologically advanced machine tools. That’s why we rely on qualified personnel and a well-equipped machinery, which guarantees our customers maximum efficiency without compromising on quality and repeatability.
The CNC services we offer are processes with numerically controlled machines that allow for the production of a larger number of identical parts in a shorter amount of time.
The two most common machining processes are CNC milling and CNC turning. Here is a brief description of each.
CNC services
CNC services – milling
CNC milling is a type of CNC service that uses computer-controlled machines to remove material from a workpiece. This process is used to create parts with a high degree of precision and accuracy. CNC milling services can be used to produce complex parts with intricate shapes and features, and can be used with a variety of materials including metals, plastics, and composites. Some common applications of CNC milling include the production of automotive parts, aerospace components, medical devices, and consumer electronics. CNC milling services are often used in prototyping, as well as in high-volume manufacturing applications.
CNC services – turning
CNC turning is a precision machining process that uses a lathe to create cylindrical parts by removing material from a rotating workpiece. The process is highly automated and utilizes computer-controlled cutting tools to produce parts with very tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. CNC turning is ideal for producing parts with complex geometries, such as shafts, pins, and other cylindrical components. Our CNC turning services utilize state-of-the-art equipment and experienced machinists to ensure that our customers receive high-quality, reliable parts that meet their exact specifications.
Why should you choose our CNC services?
We have all the necessary facilities to manufacture any part. With HSM techniques (High Speed Machining), we achieve higher efficiency and quality of the manufactured parts compared to conventional methods. Based on the client’s wishes, we also create designs and then produce prototypes and series. Additionally, we create milled products based on 3-D models provided by our clients. Our large machine park allows us to respond quickly to every request and we continuously prove our accuracy by cooperating with the medical and dental field.
Our CNC milling process consists of three steps:
- CAD stands for Computer-Aided Design. It is a software technology that enables users to design and create virtual 2D and 3D models of objects. CAD software is widely used in various industries, including architecture, engineering, product design, and manufacturing. With CAD software, designers can create precise and accurate models that can be modified and optimized before being sent to CNC machines for production.
- CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) is the process of translating a CAD design into instructions that a CNC machine can understand and execute. This includes determining the tool path, selecting the appropriate cutting tools, and determining the optimal cutting speeds and feeds for the material being machined. CAM software uses a combination of 3D modeling and computer programming to generate these instructions, which are then sent to the CNC machine to execute the milling process.
- CNC milling involves using computer-controlled machines to remove material from a workpiece to create the desired shape. The process begins with CAD (computer-aided design) where a 3D model is created, followed by CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) where the model is translated into a series of instructions that the milling machine can understand. Finally, the machine uses these instructions to accurately and efficiently cut away material from the workpiece, resulting in the finished part. CNC milling is ideal for creating complex geometries and producing parts with high precision and accuracy.
