TZEISS T-SCAN Handheld 3D-Scanner
A handheld 3D scanner is a portable 3D scanner that is held by hand, allowing the user to quickly and easily capture 3D data of objects. Unlike stationary 3D scanners, handheld scanners are more flexible and can scan a greater variety of objects, particularly those with complex shapes or those that are difficult to move.
Handheld precision, accuracy: 0.02 mm, developed and produced by ZEISS. It is certified to the highest industry standards. The ZEISS T-SCAN is a portable, reliable data acquisition tool with metrological precision, regardless of where it is used: in quality control or reverse engineering, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
Our ZEISS T-SCAN performs well on a variety of materials and surfaces, delivering 3D measurement data with the highest precision. Thanks to two different laser sources, even dark, reflective objects with all fine details can be captured.
On-site scanning
Multivac, Webomatic, Variovac, Sealpac, Mondini, CFS).
Our technician will come directly to your location and scan the required tools, such form pack inserts, heating and sealing plates, and more, using a handheld 3D scanner. T-SCAN works with GOM Inspect, the proven standard in 3D metrology and part of the ZEISS Quality Suite. Thanks to this technology, we can create precise 3D models of the scanned tools and reproduce them quickly on our CNC machines.
This means that you will no longer have long waiting times or delivery bottlenecks and that production will always run smoothly. Our team of experts is also able to detect and repair any errors or damage to the scanned parts to ensure that the end product is of the highest quality.
We are proud to offer our customers comprehensive support, from Made in Germany Zeiss 3D scanning technology and CAD design to the production of spare parts for food processing and packaging on our CNC machines.
From forming tool to CAD
3D-Scannen uses lasers or structured light to digitally replicate the surface of a part without touching or damaging it. This is advantageous for maintenance and overhaul of parts, as it provides an exact reproduction of the part that needs to be replaced. Understanding the scanning process is fundamental to ensuring that you use the technology correctly and fully.
Reverse engineering refers für to the efficient reconstruction of a 1:1 copy of a component.Reverse engineering is a process in the field of reverse engineering that involves the conversion of a 3D scan of an object into a CAD model.
The result of the 3D laser is a massive dataset in the form of high-density point cloud measurements. Based on a highly accurate and detailed 3D scan, we create an exact three-dimensional model for you using freeform surfaces.
